On 19 May it was celebrated the 30th anniversary of the opening of the first COEXPAN plant in France with an event attended by more than a hundred people among employees and relatives. The most special moment of the day took place with the projection of historical pictures of the plant and the special recognition to those people who have been working for the company since its inception.

The COEXPAN Division commemorated this way 30 years since the start of its activity in France, during which the plant has increased its production capacity up to 35,000 tonnes a year with a current staff of 83 employees.

COEXPAN France is specialized in the PS plastic sheet extrusion (White, Bicolor, Multicolor and Translucent) mainly destined to the Dairy market, as well as PS and PS/PE for the most demanding industrial applications.

The plant also has the AENOR BRCv5 and FSSC 22000 certificates, which guarantee the accomplishment of the most demanding quality and food safety standards in the production of food packaging.

In addition, the COEXPAN Division has three more production centers in France: COEXPAN FSP (Roye), specialized in the extrusion of PS, PP and PLA (medium and high barrier) multi-layer sheets; and COEXPAN Formplast (placed in Beaucouzé and Chantrans) which are specialized in thermoformed packaging.
