This policy describes the processing of your personal data by COEXPAN, S.A.U., a company with registered address at Avenida de Madrid, 72, 28802 Alcalá de Henares Madrid and tax identification number A-28320984 (the “Company(the “Company”), through the website https://www.coexpan.com (the “Web Site“).


For the purposes of the applicable data protection legislation (including the General Data Protection Regulation, the protection Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR“)), the Company is the controller of the personal data it collects through the Website.

  • Legal compliance: we will process your personal data to ensure our compliance with applicable law and the protection of our legitimate business interests.


  • Consent: we will process your personal data in order to send you commercial communications and/or newsletters regarding our products and services, provided that you have consented to this. With your consent we will also use the personal data we collect through the Website through the use of cookies for profiling based on your browsing habits. With whom do we share your personal data?


Your data may be transferred to other companies of the group to which the Company belongs (Lantero Group), for the aforementioned purposes.

As a result of access to information by other Lantero Group entities, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area to the following countries:


  • Argentina, for which there is an adequacy decision by the European Commission allowing international transfers to that country (here you can access the decision of adequacy).

  • The United States, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Morocco, Russia, and the United States, countries for which there is no adequacy decision. In order to allow the international transfer of data to these countries, we will have signed standard contractual clauses approved by the commission. What rights do I have regarding my personal data?


You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation to the treatment, opposition and/or portability, by contacting the Legal Department of Grupo Lantero, by e-mail addressed to “legal@grupolantero.com”, and attaching a photocopy of your ID card.


We also inform you that, whenever any processing of your personal data is covered by your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by indicating it following the instructions described in the previous paragraph.


Likewise, and in the event that the Company fails to comply with its legal obligations regarding data protection, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.



How long do we keep your data?


The Company will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to process your inquiry or, if you have agreed to receive advertising from us, until you withdraw your consent. In addition, your data will subsequently be retained for as long as necessary to meet future liabilities.
